What we collect
When you send a trip inquiry, we collect your name, email address, destination, preferred date, group size, and message so we can respond. If you create an account, we also collect your name and email, and Supabase Auth manages your login credentials. Search parameters may be included in routine server logs.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to review your request and respond about your trip. We store inquiries in our Supabase database, and our email delivery provider processes inquiry details to notify our team.
Cookies & analytics
The inquiry form does not require an account. Account login uses cookies to maintain your session. Standard hosting logs may record technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
Data retention
Inquiry records and notification emails are retained in our database and team inbox until they are no longer needed for follow-up, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us about an inquiry or request correction or deletion of your information by contacting our team.
